Egg Collection System

Eggs are collected delicately with the Poly Propylene belt egg conveyor placed in the middle of the cages, keeping the broken and cracked rate at a minimum level.
The double-lane egg conveyor placed in the center of the cages With the right and left row of the coop, the eggs are collected separately.
Thanks to its special design, the eggs are prevented from hitting each other.

Irrigation System

The system is equipped with 360-degree ball nipples that extend throughout the entire cage and are placed in certain numbers according to each cage eye.
In this way, each animal can easily access as much water as it needs.
The pressure of the water coming from the tanks is balanced with special regulators and given to the nipple line.
The height of the nipple line can be adjusted with a hand winch that can be controlled with one hand.

Feeding System

A feeding system is used in the cage system that allows all animals to easily and equally access food.
The feeding system is designed to maximize egg quality.
