Residence Breeding Cage System

Cage Unit

Each unit consists of 4592mm and has a 'U profile' every 1148mm. supported by legs.
It can be installed modularly from 2 to 5 floors with a solid construction, without a platform and without the need for additional auxiliary products.
It is a system that can work without problems up to 150m.
Thanks to the plastic grid used on the base, it allows females and males to walk without injury, to move very easily in the eye (1.20m x 4592mm), to drink water from the nest and to meet their feed needs easily.

Feeding System

A specially designed feeding system that works in the middle of the cage eye is used in breeding cages, ensuring feed utilization and controlled feeding is at the highest level.
There is a 15 cm feeder for each female inside the cage eye.
There is a feeder opening for each rooster and the feeding of the roosters is controlled in this way.

Cage Eyes

Lower wire mesh, highest quality egg production and hens provides maximum comfort for.
The cage eye covers are designed with a system that works horizontally and can be easily opened and closed with one hand.
This makes it easier to put breeding animals into the cage and take them out.
Thanks to the automatic nest on one side of the cage, egg yield is very high and the rate of broken and dirty eggs is quite low.
Lighting is provided by means of protected lamps located inside and in the middle of each eye.

Irrigation System

In the irrigation system located on the nest side and whose height can be adjusted with a hand winch along the line, special steel nipples are used for broods.
Each hen and rooster is provided with easy access to water.
With the help of the bowls located under each nipple, water is prevented from spilling and wetting the manure more.

Egg Collection System

Elevator With the egg collection system, eggs are collected safely, with minimal broken and cracked eggs.
Eggs carried from the cage with Poly Propylene (PP) belts are taken to the egg room with a plastic belt conveyor.

Fertilizer Delivery System

The drive and pressure drums in the fertilizer delivery system are manufactured by coating with rubber. In this way, the drum durability and efficiency have been increased.
