Elevator Egg Collection System

Eggs are transported to the egg conveyor with 95 mm wide egg belts made of polypropylene material.
Egg belts are cleaned with cleaning brushes located at the back of the cluster. In this way, eggs are rolled onto the continuously cleaned surface of the belt and the rate of dirty eggs is reduced.
Elevator In the egg collection system, eggs from each cage floor are collected separately (for all rows at the same time).
Since eggs are transferred directly from the egg belt to the egg conveyor, the hidden crack rate is extremely low.
It is driven by 1 to 4 motors depending on the capacity of the coop and the number of platforms. It provides high energy savings compared to the elevator system.
The egg belt speed inside the coop is 3.94 m/min. In other words, each layer's eggs are collected at a speed of 3.94 m/min.
