Cage Unit
  • All materials used are made of hot dip galvanized sheet and wire.
  • Each cage system is 2460 mm wide and 1601 mm high.
  • There are 8 high performance plastic drawers on the cage bases of each unit.
  • Thanks to the drawers (FCR), the feed conversion rate is more efficient.
  • Cage assembly does not require any additional auxiliary products. It is completed as a modular system without the need for any additional equipment and includes automatic feeding, irrigation, manure transport and broiler removal equipment.
  • Installation length can be made up to 120m.
Irrigation System
  • There are 2 lines on the right and left in each cage cell.
  • There are 6 broiler nipples with 360-degree balls on each floor.
  • Nipples heights allow each animal to easily access water through the crane system depending on the growth of the animals.
  • Thanks to this adjustable system, it also allows the animals to make the necessary reaching movements, thus contributing to the development of the animals.
Feeding System
  • The feeds coming from the silos to the bunkers are automatically transferred to the plates at certain intervals.
  • The feed levels of the plates are adjusted according to the need for the plate. can be changed in parallel with the growth of the broiler without being heard using the adjustment device.
  • In this way, even 1-day-old broilers can easily reach the feed.
  • The feed plates placed at certain intervals in the units are adjusted to ensure that all animals are fed in sufficient and equal amounts.
Fertilizer Delivery System
  • Fertilizer is transferred by moving the Poly Propylene fertilizer belts located under the plastic drawers collected.
  • The manure delivery system is also used to transport broilers to the delivery conveyors.
  • In this way, wing and foot bruising and injuries that occur during the delivery of broilers are prevented.
Broiler Delivery System
  • Broilers are placed on the manure delivery belt by pulling the plastic drawers they live on. is dropped.
  • Broilers on the belt are transported to the broiler conveyor with the help of the manure conveyor system.
  • Broilers are transported via the conveyor, resulting in less injuries and bruising to the feet and wings compared to manual transport.
