General Features

Cage Unit

Thanks to its robust construction, it can be installed modularly from 3 to 8 floors without a platform and without using additional auxiliary products, and up to 14 floors using a platform.
It can operate without problems up to 150m and is designed for maximum efficiency.
The cage has 'U profile' every 60 cm. It is made of high-coated (310-350 gr/m2) galvanized sheet and wire material supported by feet.
The system can be transformed into a Rich Cage System by removing the intermediate section wires and adding a modular nest, Astroturf nest floor and two perch pipes extending from the beginning of the unit to the beginning of the nest.
Depending on the demand of our customers, the cages can be used directly as enriched type or can be converted to enriched type later.

Irrigation System

The nipple irrigation line located in the center and the two steel nipples in each eye allow each chicken to easily reach water.
45 mm deep 'V Drip Channel' with the manure is kept dry.

Feeding System

The conversion rate of feed to eggs can be reached to the maximum level in Enrichable/Rich Cage Systems.
The system is designed to reach the highest level of efficiency.
The automatic feed cart feeding system provides homogeneous, safe and fast distribution of feed with adjustment devices.
Chain feeding system is offered to customers as an option.

Cage Eyes

Each 2.4 m long unit has 4 eyes.
The eyes are separated from each other by a wire partition.
Eye depth is 64 cm, eye height is 68 cm from feeder to feeder and total floor area is 30,720 cm² ...
Maximum efficiency and animal comfort have been kept in mind in the design of the cage eyes.
Easy access to the animals is provided thanks to the cage covers that can be opened with one hand.
While clean and unbroken eggs are obtained with the lower wire mesh, a comfortable and cozy ground is created for the chickens.

Egg Collection System

It is freely mounted on the lower wire mesh and 2 flexible lower support wires.
Thanks to this freedom, the vibrations that occur during the movement of the animals are The egg is quickly rolled from the specially designed lower wire mesh mounted at a 7 degree incline towards the egg belt.
The egg is collected without lingering in the eye, getting dirty and breaking.
