Armutlu Ovası Akalan Mah. Bağımsızlık Küme Evleri No:106 Kemalpaşa - İZMİR / TÜRKİYE
All metal structures used are hot-dip galvanized.
All cage parts are manufactured without welding and painting.
All material connections are made with bolts; rivets or clip wires are not used.
All wires are cut to size, formed and welded, and then hot-dip galvanized. Electro-galvanizing is not used.
Except for bearings and gearboxes, all cage components are manufactured at the Kutlusan factory.
Bearings and gearboxes are sourced from globally recognized suppliers.
All equipment is thoroughly tested for functionality, reliability and efficiency before entering serial production.
All sheet metal used is ISO 9001 certified.
The feed cart system operates automatically via a timer.
The feed adjustment fittings are designed to be adjustable in order to deliver the desired amount of feed.
The feed cart system ensures homogeneous and equal feed distribution throughout the entire cage.
Since one feeding motor is used for each row, the system provides low energy consumption and maintenance costs.
Water reservoirs with a capacity of 2.5 liters each are located at the head of every row, with one reservoir for each tier and row.
Since the reservoirs do not allow daylight to pass through, bacterial growth and algae formation are prevented.
Watering is carried out through a 22 × 22 mm square PVC pipe.
The water pressure level is checked using a transparent water indicator located at the end of the watering line.
This group, installed on the main water line at the entrance of the poultry house, consists of a medication unit, water meter, pressure regulator, pressure gauges and filters.
The medication unit is a water-powered dosing pump that injects concentrated chemicals into the water lines.
Concentrated vaccines and medications are delivered to the watering line through the medication unit at predetermined intervals.
A water meter installed for each poultry house enables daily, weekly and monthly water consumption to be monitored.
Fine filters installed at the inlet of the line prevent foreign particles in the water from reaching the cage watering system.
High-pressure-resistant PPRC pipes are used in the medication unit group.
The automatic egg collection system operates as a lift system.
Eggs from each tier are collected sequentially.
The system operates in connection with an intermediate egg conveyor and ensures that the eggs are transported from the poultry house to the packing point.
Eggs falling from each compartment are collected on imported polypropylene egg belts measuring 95 mm in width and located beneath the feeders.
Eggs falling onto the egg belts are transferred to the line heads and then to the plastic-rod egg conveyor.
Rotary brushes located at the ends of the lines rotate in reverse during operation to clean the egg belts.
The dust and dirt removed by the brushes fall onto the manure belt of the lower tier through collection trays.
Thanks to the yellow plastic rods on the egg conveyor, the eggs move more stably during transport by rolling on the free-moving plastic elements mounted on the chains, instead of jumping or falling on the conveyor.
The distance between the yellow plastic rods is 38.1 mm, which is the ideal spacing for safe and efficient egg transfer.
Metal trays are located beneath the egg conveyor.
These metal trays prevent membranes, broken eggs and cracked eggs coming from the belt from falling onto the floor.
The metal trays can later be removed and cleaned.
Hen manure is collected on a polypropylene (PP) belt located beneath the bottom wire mesh and extending along the entire length of the cage.
The PP belt is driven by the manure removal unit located at the rear of the cage system.
The manure is discharged onto the horizontal manure conveyor located in the channel behind the poultry house and is then transported out of the house.
The PP belt can be easily tensioned using the tensioning system located at the front of the cage system.
The manure removal unit is controlled by an electrical panel that automatically operates all lines.
The PP belt drums are manufactured from Ø133 mm diameter steel drawn pipes with a wall thickness of 5 mm.
The drums are rubber-coated to provide better contact and traction.
Manure adhering to the PP belt is automatically cleaned by a single scraper located beneath the drive drum.
A tarpaulin system is installed behind the manure removal system and completely encloses it.
This tarpaulin system prevents manure from spilling anywhere other than onto the horizontal manure conveyor and prevents dirt from spreading inside the poultry house.
